The Pera Residence

The Pera Residence  is situated right at the heart of the centre of historic part of Istanbul,  within walking distance  of  the cultural and entertainment zone.

It is very close to the two main highways connecting the European and Asian sides, from the airport to both of the bridges over the Bosphorous.



The Pera Residence   building has been re-built to withstand  earthquakes,   but its historic  facade  has  been  preserved.
 
It has 10 rooms in total and they come in  4 different types.   All of them have AC,  cable TV  and  wireless internet access. They  all  are  fully  furnished  with  sleeping,  kitchen,  bathroom  and  living  quarters.  The  decoration  is  modern  and comfortable.  

Lobby service is avilable at the Lobby Bar situated at the entrance of the residence.
